Both of them proteges of Celebrity Chef-Restaurateur Luke Mangan, proudly take the helm of The Botanic.
Mangan’s departure from the Salt brand facilitates a platform for the Chef to revolutionise new experiences as he creates innovative dish combinations that draw inspiration from his own cultures and past culinary experiences. The move to The Botanic’s will see Karl continuing in a hands-on operational role, but also working to develop and enhance the customer experience further.

Delightful Experience

Reflecting both chef’s travels and learnings throughout the region, guests will find a showcase of global influences with Nyonya, Indonesian Thai, Chinese and Mediterranean flavours more prominently expressed on a plate. Free-range eggs from Japan, organic honey, vegetables and grass-fed meats from Australia are sourced together with produce hand selected Daily from our local market and farmers.

A selection of Fruit-based cocktails, refreshing mocktails and revitalising ice-teas proves perfect for any social occasion.
